Fortec passion bbc hd shutdown?

My fortec passion has decided it does not like bbc hd and plunges the box into shutdown/re-boot any suggestions guys

scart, have a look in the Fortec Star section, there's already a thread discussing this issue. Re-loading the firmware might fix it.

Thanks for the reply Ratchet,trouble is Iam totally lost with download files and the like, i have no idea how to do it I dont even know what a zip file is and if you make a hash of it Fortec dont want to know,Whatever happened to satellite ota upgrades?

Unfortunately, you will either have to learn how to do it yourself, or buy a Freesat HD box, which does have OTA updates and will work automatically for you.

Downloading new firmware is not usually very difficult.
