My System: technomate 5400, orbital 1m motorised dish and sly + |
am a newbie to the satellite seen and i was just wondering what system to get me started. ive looked at various forums and the technomate 5400 seems to be the choice. but i would like advice from other people first before i purchase one i.e / :fixed or motorised dish :what size dish : is there any other systems you would consider to me any advice would be much appreciated Thanks Craig | ||

My System: Zone1, DSI8215 SkyHD, Thomson DSI4214, TF5000CI, Dreambox DM800 HD PVR - Nab BH0.12, TM-5200D, Gibertini 104cm, SNH-031, 36v Actuator, Vbox-II, 42°E to 30°W, Sling Media, Televes H45 Digital Processing Analyser, Satlook Micro+G2 NIT, Rover SDM 1s | Welcome to satsuk, System depends really on your budget and viewing requirements. The TM5400 is an ideal starter receiver (have the 5200 myself). If going motorised route, I'd recommend the FR Penta 85cm on a DiSEqC motor, their well known as a good performer. | ||
