Unhappy question about a new kind of receiver and help

hi guys
I am moving to a new place (near copenhagen/danmark)where its forbidden to put any satellite dish.I like to watch hotbird 13E arabic channels and i have selfsat flat dish and it works great and it can get hide well but unfortunately the place i am moving have the windows towards the east and the other side i have balcony to the west, its impossible to put the dish towards 13E without noticing it beside i cant put a huge dish to get 7W or 27E.Through the search in Lyngsat I noticed there are some very few channels in 22W(i think) but not the favorites that I like ! so a friend of mine said there is new receiver that he saw the other day in sat shop and they told him that he can get up to 60 arabic chanels with high quietly through this reciver and it only require an ADSL internet line and no need for a dish ? is this possible ? the cost of this receiver is 3500 DKK( 470 €) does anybody know about this kind of receiver ?
I know about receivers that have ethernet cards and run linux but they require also dish to receive channels
anyone can suggest something els to get more arabic channels

Well

By logic if there is no dish then it is not satellite TV therefore must be C A B L E , if so it is forbidden to discuss on this satellite TV forum.

The only other alternative I can think of is some sort of slingbox setup. search the forum for more info

Must be the infamous black box appearing again.... it will do anything, allow you to watch anything even make a cup of tea .

It can only be some sort of IP unit perhaps operating over a VPN

I cannot imagine where this thread is heading next
