Unhappy Mondeal FTA 9000 Super --- Anyone can help me?

Hello all

I got a trouble with my Mondeal FTA 9000 super.

After a suddenly cut off of the power, the mondeal cant woking anymore. It still got power but I cant get into any channels as there is "error " appear at where normaly show the channel. I have tried to turn on/off the power button but i couldnt.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem b/c my children love to see Disney channel.

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs

Welcome to the forum J&J

I think the first thing is to pull the power lead then and leave for a few hours. It would be unusual for anything to have been damaged permanently unless you were in the middle of changing something at the time of the power failure.

can you get into a menu.... if you can then do a scan of the satellites.

Failing that it sounds like your firmware may be corrupt in which case you may have to flash the stb or even worse jtag it assuming of course it can be jtagged.

I couldnt get into anything. I will try to look in the box. Is it time to buy the new one??? bc i dont really know anything abt it, just bc of my children i should give a try.
