Problems with Sirius 4?

Did anyone had some problems with Sirius 4 satellite in the last hours?
I have many reports from Latvia, which say, that all signals were lost for about half an hour (even FTA channels).
Even some analogue TV transmitters here, which are taking signal from satellite were showing only "black" picture.
And, there's also report, that Baltic (maybe scandinavian also?) channels are FTA right now. Unfortunately, I can't check that, because I'm not at home...

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

Havent checked every channel but having flicked through a reasonable selection of channels everything at 5E seems to be as it should be with the Baltic channels scrambled as normal..

Could have been a problem with an uplink / encryption station of course.

That's possible.
Uplink station is located here on Riga, on Zakusala. That's where Latvian Television is located, also...
That's already an offtopic, but I can find (or even take) some pictures, if you are interested...
