![]() | Hi madman1, welcome to the forum. I always suggest that the first thing you should do is work out where your due South position is, this is necessary for fitting a motorized dish, the most practical way to view all the satellites. If you have a South facing garden, with a clear line of site from 45E to 45W, then you are fortunate and can install your setup at ground level, which makes installation, and maintenance, a lot easier. If you have sight of a Sky dish these are positioned for Astra 2, 28.2 degrees East, this is 28.2 degrees East of South, which should give you a rough idea of where South is by moving 28.2 degrees to the right when facing the same way as the dish is pointing. Alternatively if you try a site like dishpointer.com this can show you where your due south position is, and your latitude and longitude. Have a read theough the Dish setup guides, and FAQ's: http://www.satellites.co.uk/satellit...rised-systems/ Also have a look at other members pictures, which might give you a good idea of what you would like: http://www.satellites.co.uk/satellit...installations/ | ||
