Help!!!!!

I have just had my antennae tested and the signal strength and alignment are perfect, but the box still doesn’t work. The error I get is “No Signal”. When testing the system setup I get the lick indicator saying “not locked” and the signal strength fluctuates from nil to full and there is no signal quality.If I put this machine on my next door neighbours setup I get exactly the same, so I can only assume it is a fault with the box. iI have an Amstrad Reciever 100 its about 2-3 years old, do i have to have the sky card in to get it working?

You should get a lock without the card in, sounds like the tuner or power supply has gone, go to www.mces.co.uk, they can repair these receivers, but you can probably buy a second hand one for a similar price and a newer, faster one at that.
