Don't know anything about the 9602 so I looked on:
http://www.satshop.com/dvbcompa.htm

It looks to me like you don't have an embedded conax cam and I'll work on that assumption (but maybe you can tell me wrong).

You'll need a CAM which does conax emulation (eg. dragon module + phoenix programmer for updates + loader card), or a CAM which has CONAX but no emulation (eg. matrix reloaded, or an original conax cam) plus a titanium card, plus a phoenix programmer.

Take your pick ...

(If you need some background reading on cams, programmers etc, go to
http://www.duwgati.com/ - that should help you if you need to ask more questions)

Unfortunately Geirw, there is every chance of most of those things happening at one time or other, that is the nature of the hobby.

I believe this online satellite store is based in Norway - http://www.mediaplazashop.com/

Look under 'Satelliittituotteet' in the left-hand column. If you do decide to buy from this store I am very much interested in acquiring a 'Triax' component from them, maybe we could work something out? Where I send you the money for the goods and you send to here, in England?
