Lidl comag and bbc help

Hi new here new to sat stuff but for 75pnds looks like I am hooked but....

(and I know that there is probably a faq or that I am asking the obvious but I am an impatient ....)

Set everything up and seem to be getting Astra 1 and Astra 2 okay - when I have a signal get a little orange light come on front of box - picking up hundreds of channles except the ones that let me talk my wife into getting this thing.

When I click on any of the bbc channles (astra2) - my little orange light comes on - then I get a black screen - when I press info button I am told that my quality is 82pct and strenghth is 79pct (good enough for most other ones I receive) WHAT AM I Doing wrong??

(also get these details lnb fequency universal - diseqc lnb1 - motor disable transponder 10773,h,22000, 5/6 - vid pid 2327 aud pid 2329 pcr pid 2327 tel pid 2328) which mean absolutely nothing to me (at the moment)

If this the wrong place to post this please let me know (be gentle)

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Hi Zumppy, welcome to the forum.

If you only have one LNB, but you're not moving the dish, you will only receive one satellite. Sounds like you are focussed on 19.2 East, it does share some common frequencies with 28.2 East which will show as a valid signal and quality reading, but will not give a picture.

My System: a variety of lnb's (5), dishes (2), diseqc motors (3) and receivers (4).

@ Rolfw

Typo M8, 28.2east not 18.2east, easily done
