Where to buy a receiver for RAS encryption?

Hi
I wish to get my grubby paws on a sat receiver that has the facility to decrypt the RAS encryption...

My multiple use off google tells me that I have the option of
NDS 3000
Alteia
Tandberg TT1260

The NDS 3000 is by far the cheapest ('cos it's the oldest) but none are about.
I've seen old adverts for 50 quid etc...

The other two seem to be available new only for about 2000 - 2500 quid. (ouch)

Can anyone point me in the direction to get one at a reasonable price?

cheers
