That's correct they are under the control of S*y at present.

Where do you live? If it's outside the UK then you will need a dish, S*y receiver, and the card you mention.

im using an interstar 8005CI which im very happy with. i live in the uk. ive just bought a house and the ariel is in the loft as opposed to outside. i can get anything on it even with a booster. i might have a go at moving the ariel to outside.

Debug option in dragoncam

Hi LoftyJ

I am newboy 45. New to this field. I have been going through some of the replies you have given to others and think you are the best to answer my query.
I am not sure whether it is the right way to access you. If It is not please let me know how to post a question to you.

I recently bought a dragon cam and it is working fine with my Manhattan Plaza 3300ci apart from the occassional freezing. This works fine when the receiver is switched off and on again.

My question to you is how to use the debug menu.
When I go into this option in the dragoncam it comes with the various systems such as Irduto, S*ca etc. Once you click the right system it gives you the option of three boxes where you can enter numbers.
I am stuck at this point. I do not know how to continue.
There are generally 4 sets of keys available such as
** ** ----.
** **----
** ** -----
** ** ----
or if you go on the internet for a particular channel you get a code
such as
08/ ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **

or remote keys

**** **** **** **** **** **** **** ****. I have tried various forums to understand this and have come to a blank.

Please help me with this.

Thanks in advance

Newboy 45

Hi newboy45,

to start a new thread, go to the appropriate forum, instead of hitting the new posts link, at the home page, scroll down and hit the Discussion Forum link under the Main Menu section on the left hand side.
Now scroll down to the relevant section, e.g. Keys & Key editing, or in your case, X-CAM, Ultra CAM, Dragon CAM, and you can then hit the New Thread button, at the top left.
Best wishes
Mickha
