Help with cabo tv box message

I recently got hold of a tv cabo box with a card with still 1 years subscription but the problem is that the box has the old software on it and it needs updating this message keeps showing but its in Portuguese! how to update the software I tryed a google translation but thats no good I would be very greatful if any one can briefly translate it for me :chc

oh and i also attacted a high res shot of the message but might not as clear as the first one!

UPDATE: Im now getting the Disney Channel but nothing else is this some kind of data channel for the cabo boxs?
