Unhappy Box won't lock on higher frequencies

1st post so please humor the newbie.
I have an @sat FTA-6000 which will not recieve the transponders 64 and upwards on 13 east and has the same problem on 19 east via a second universal lnb. Signal and quality are strong and drop off sharply at the higher frequencies.
Any suggestionbs gratefuly received.

Love they icons they are all bald like me!

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Have a look at your LNB settings, check that it is set to Universal or Low band 9,750, High band 10,600.

PS. Sorry for the delay in replying, but the post would have been better in the Digital Systems section, will move it there.
