What do Spain mainly use?

Hi, just a little question..

Which satellite do Spain use the most, as they appear to have Pay TV services along with a small range of FTA channels on both 19.2e and 30w?

Is each sat aimed at, for example, a different part of the country? It just seems odd that the pay tv is carried on both..

Hispasat is full so they must put it somewhere and 19.2E had vacant transponders for them.

I thought it was because there were originally two pay TV operators in Spain. One operator, part of the Canal+ group, used Astra 19 Deg E while the other used 30 deg W. They can't just abandon one satellite because half of their subscribers would have to reinstall their dishes.

What do Spain mainly use? Information exchange on digital satellite systems other than Sky
