Thumbs down Signal Satellite receiver

Anybody who knows the equivalent of this brand? Signal is written in front of its case. It's model ID is E-100 it's H/W version is 2.00 seen from system info menu. I can't get any software upgrade. If anybody knows where I can download a Software upgrade would be highly appreciated. The manual info says it's DVB has the specs of a typical FTA, no card slots.
