Receiver With Hard Disk Recommendation

I currently have a Strong 8000 receiver and receive several Dutch channels via an official Smartcard (registered in Holland). I also get many free to air channels.
I am looking to change the receiver to one that has a built in hard disk so that I can record TV shows (my video recorder has bitten the dust!). Can anyone recommend such a receiver as a direct replacement to the Strong? If it could be programmed to come on at a set time that would be handy (My old Pace could do that). It would also be nice to be able to receive BBC programs, although that is not an absolute necessity.
