Echostar 2500 - EPG for DSTV

I'm currently subscribed to DSTV (PAS 7 - 68.5 degrees East )

I used to use an old Nokia decoder to pick up the channels - but the CAM went a bit iffy resulting in picture loss - and sometimes loss of authorization.

So, swapped over to my Echostar decoder (somethiong like an DP2500I) - where everything works just fine - except when I use the Guide option on the Echostar - only some of the channels are listed - and all of them state "No Information"

In the old Nokia days the EPG worked just fine - so I know that there is information out there - just can't get a hold of it.

Any ideas why not?

Thanks

Richard
