My System: NONE
Question my old t.v can receive sat channel without a sat system

I have a old t.v and some how I can receive satellite channel from my
next door neighbour satellite evey time he watch satellite my tv pick up his satellite signal and I can watch what his watching at the same time on my t.v is something wrong with my t.v

No - theres something wrong with your neighbours installation - its leaking signals from a badly shielded section somewhere.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

It's more common than you would think, used to get it a lot with the old cable boxes.

yeah you right about that but it does not happen alot for example
if it a movie are sports
