My System: Digitalb Satellite Receiver Technomate TM-7552VA2CI
Digitalb - Can anyone help??

I have a technomate receiver TM-77552VA2CI which is set up to view Digitalb stations (CONAX Encription) and have a 6 month viewing card. Currently, I am receiving only free stations ie: My Music. When trying to view any of the encripted stations the message 'No Access' appears. Having spoken to the supplier, he has told me that the card is activated, but this was last Thursday (5th January) and I am still not receiving the channels.
Can anyone help or advise??
Many thanks in advance!
David.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

If you go into the CI menu of the receiver, does it show the card listed?

PS Moved this from the Forum access and membership problems section.

Hi not that i can see there are two slots both saying not installed when you bring it up on the menu. However when you go to the heading smart card in the menu it says slot 1 conax (inserted) and beneath that slot 2 viaaccess (extracted)

OK, so it is seeing the card, what size dish are you using?

The dish is 90cm, but I think the dish is ok as I am receiving My Music which is a free channel. It won't de-code any of the encripted channels???
Cheers, David.

That's why I ask, the DigitalB channels seem to be weaker, have had loads of cases where people get perfect reception of ***** and the other FTA channels, but can't clear the pay channels.

Digit alb

Just checked again the channels i am receiving.
Iwill jot down a few
My music (free)
*****(free)
Hot tv(free)
rtv(conax) but still works with card out)?
koho vizio (conax) works with card out)?
The signal strength bars on the channel my music are the same as on the channels i am not receiving?
Looking on some of the other forums there are two levels of digitalb cards one for some of the channels and a premium one which decodes the rest i wonder if i have the wrong one?
Can you shed any light on this.
Regards
David
