PCI sat cards will do the job with file grabber and pidscanner installed in ProgDvb.

WHAT IS "PCI sat cards" AND FROM WHERE i CAN GET IT? i DIDN'T REALLY UNDERTAND THAT "file grabber and pidscanner installed in ProgDvb."

There is a thing called a SkyStar 2 for $80 or less, which goes inside your PC.
You then connect a dish to it and run a program called ProgDvb (free).
Into the Progdvb folder you put the other 2 programs, enabling you to intercept satellite broadband downlinks.
