Manually input the transponder details into your receiver and then scan the transponder. Details of how to carry out that task should be in your receiver handbook.

Do you have the necessary gear to decode that transponder?

Your receiver must have had a patched firmware, to allow viewing of these chs. When you reset the software the original manufacture firmware went back on. You need to load the latest patch again to continue viewing again. Why did you reset your receiver by the way >??

Thanks for the info, when I first bought a card from the shop the receiver didn't pick the channels up, I returned it to the shop , they went into the setup and I think the tp area, the receiver then picked up the extra channels.

I thought I had a lot of duplicate channels on the receiver, to get rid of them I reset it.
thanks again

manhatten have an occasssion to lose channels/transponders,especially after a reboot or channel search. Try turning off and rebooting ,but beware rebooting can take anything from a few seconds to a lot of hours.
