Fine here, are you getting a good signal strength and quality on that transponder?

The IF of that channel is very close to the operation frequency of DECT telephones, if you have one, try switching off the base station and moving the phone.

hi rolf

the DECT phone i have has a base stn upstairs (main base connected to phone line) and one downstairs in the front room.
my receiver is in the back room and the satellite is at the bottom of the garden

could the DECT still be affecting this?

will disconnect both phones tonight and give it a test.

thx for tip.

It may or may not, but if your reception is on the weak side, then it has more chance of so doing and it is best to eliminate any potential problems before moving the dish.
