Digital System for Me!!!

Hi I have an 80cm solid nokia dish, and an universal LNB.

Now I need a receiver, to view TPS Star/Foot and possibly ART sports in the future.

My mate thinks the echostars are the best, but I don't want to spend more than £150 on cam/box really.

So I want a cam, a box or a box that is compatible with all encryption methods already would be good ( has a cam built in). Any idea's on a box for me?

Does TPS Star/Foot need a smart card, do they use the same encryption as ART Sports do?

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Spectrum analyser.

Dreambox 500s would do everything you want.

Would a 60cm mesh dish hang out in the midlands on hotbird?

Am I still right in thinking that TPS doesn't need a card? It's encrypted, so how do you watch it? Codes or something?

Have a look in the Dreambox section.

I have a decent idea of what I need now, but what about the feeds sky use which can be viewed.

What dish size would I need for these, can I only view them on PC?

Not sure what feeds you are asking about.

That isn't a Sky feed and I think it is Free to air.
