What software fits my Kaon??

I've finally managed to install a new software to my receiver, but it doesn't work at all. A red box appears in the middle of the screen saying"This is not official box!" What's the problem?
My Kaon model is KSF-570z, which I couldn't find software for.
The software I downloaded matches my H/W 16.00.A1

I, i'm not sure, but i think that the software for your kaon should be 12.C1.A5.

One way for you to know? Connect it to the television, go to the system settings and then go to system info.

write down those references and put them here.

Acutally, at the moment, I can't go to system settings. Whenever I press a key, the red message appears.
But I have noted the S/W before I installed anything, it's 0B.00.01

What you need to know is your h/w, wich is the model information.

The s/w is the information about the color on the menus, functions, etc.

Get the h/w and write it here.

I wrote the hardware in the first post, it's 16.00.A1
The updates I downloaded are designed to this hardware, as they say

If the h/w of file that you have matches the h/w of your kaon, it's the one you need.

One other thing, have you ever changed the software of a kaon?

Even with the matching software you may not be able to upload. You may have to change the bootloader of the device.

My question is: what does the message "This is not official box" mean?
This is all my receiver can show! Why is the receiver showing it?

I have never seen that messege, but it can possibly be because the provider that you are trying to see does not use a compatible encryption system, or you haven't inserted the key's to open the payed channels.

Does it show the same message in free channels?

What is the provider that you are trying to see?

Is the firmware an original by kaon or one with an emulator and the possibility to insert key's?

This message started to appear when I installed a firm from http://www.general-sat.com/software/
that was supposed to fit my hardware, but it seemingly didn't.
Acutally, there are no channels on my receivers, this message is displayed as long as the receiver is turned on. When I click Menu, the menu appears for one second and then disappears. I cannot do anything with my receiver!

It looks like it could be fake software. Try to download software from a different site, like http://sat.us.pn/ . But first load bootloader 219v4
