Question Advice on a receiver

Hello there!

I want to buy a receiver and dish, but my head is spinning of all this special technical info on websites. Could you please advise which digital receiver is compatible with any future cam (by the way, what is cam?) or card I may buy in future.
Also, I am new to UK and live in Cardiff. I would appreciate if somebody could tell me if he knew any person, store who could sell and install a digitall sattelite receiver and dish.

Much appreciate your reply!

If you buy What Satellite MAG. Look through the adds
you will find lots of boxes and how much they cost.

Also this is the only CAI qualifide installer I could find in Wales.

Multisat 30-40 High St, Holywell, Flintshire.
Tell...01352 711812.

Hope this helps.

Don't mind my spelling

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

All of the above options are good, but in the end it will depend on what you want to watch as to which is the most suitable, Batiga.

A good low price system at the moment would be the Echostar 808CI with a matrix reloaded, a DiseqC motor and 80cm dish.

But what do you want to watch?

Thanks, guys, for quick response.

What I want to watch are some good EU channels, and of course, some good adult ones.

Cheers!
