My System: STYX F-9000
issue with STYX F9000

I have a Digital Receiver STYX F-9000 starting to behave strangely after one night of storm. Today when I plug the power cable it shows led indication "00-00" as a timer for a few minutes followed by one single led flashing. the timer is no more indicating the hour/minute.
does anyone experienced this issue ? How can be fixed ? Do I have to update the receiver firmware ? How ?
