My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs

Well

Yes it is digital, have alook here and try setting your stb to a strong transponder, I think the west are stronger than S1 beams. I personally have not been on that sat for months so cannot advise you really although I would mention remember to twist your lnb (skew) approx twice what you do for Astra 1.
Also remember what angle the signal arrives at the dish
