Lost all Channels..donno how to get them back

hello everyone.. I am new around.. lol I have Technosat 6000Plus and i dont know what i have done in the menu and lost all the channels and everything plus I dont know anything about receivers and satellites... I WANT THEM BACK lol.. is there a way to get them back? or shall i bring an expert to fix it for me ..

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

A little more information on whether you have a fixed dish, motorised dish and what satellite/satellites you are pointing at would help. If all of the channels in the channel list have gone, then it has probably doe a factory reset.

Well the factory default will lose all settings, what dish do you have and what is it pointing at?

how will i know what dish i have ? shall i go on the roof and check? or i can figure it out from the menu?.. easy on me
