Manhattan ST550 search problem

Please can someone help

I cannot find and view any of the FTA channels such as BBC one ,ITV & Ch4 e.t.c on Eurobird/Astra 28.2
i have use the advanced search feature to find all of the correct frequencies, but for some reason it does not find any channels to store



i have been using this system for sometime now watching FTA programmes on some of the other satellites, and premiership football on hotbird (TPS) using the TRex dragon cam, this hasn't been a problem

Motorised System
Manhattan ST550 receiver
80cm dish with a universal LNB
DISEqC 1.2 Motor
TRex Dragon Cam
