Metronic Touchbox 3

Hi, Just purchased Metronic Touchbox 3 Sat receiver and connected it fine. After few days I noticed that most of the channels where scrambled!! On my screen It has this annoying "scrambled channel" warning, the odd thing is that I'm able to see the images behind that annoying "scrambled channel" warning! Is there anything I can do to get red of that warning? Can I connect the receiver to a Laptop to change the software, or how can I unscramble the receiver?

I know this may sound trivial, but have you tried powering off the receiver (as in unplug it from the mains) and letting it "rest" for 30 minutes?

I have the same problem the only way i can clear this is by going back to factory default setting . Key code 0000. Works fine but best to stay on a free to air channel that does not scaramble at times when you are not viewing

Hi,

What I did was scan and then I found channels that were normally scrambled that there was picture and sound but the stupid, annoying scrambled sign.

By then I had lots of channels but I looked through each channel and finally found some of the ones that were scrambled there was five channels like that but I did it and I found Discovery Knowledge+1 and DMAX and DMAX +1.5... I have a metronic touchbox 3 and most of the channels are FTA but it is amazing that they did not notice this when they were making the satellite reciever....
