Power supply problem in Humax 5350

Any of you who have got a diagram of the Humax PSU used in 5350 or any idea why my receiver have blown a resistor R21 (from front of PCB), left hand corner.
If possible I would like to now the resistance of R21.

Hi, I believe the 5400 psu is similar to the 5350.....R21 is in the list below......

Humax psu fault list
List of parts you will need: = Use 105 degree caps not 85

C09 1000uF 16v 105°C
C10 1000uF 16v 105°C
C13 1000uF 25v 105°C
C14 1000uF 25v 105°C
C15 470uF 25v 105°C
C16 470uF 25v 105°C
C17 220uF 50v 105°C
C18 220uF 50v 105°C
C19 100uF 50v 105°C
C20 100uF 50v 105°C
C21 1uF 50v 105°C
You can use if you wish 110°C and a higher voltage.
R21 100 Ohm You can use a 0.25w but I used a 0.6w
ZD3 30v Zener Diode 1.3w

1000uf capacitor [slimline] replace with 105 degree version, 10ohm resistor and 33 volt zener. You will see them as soon as you open it up.
