My System: B&W TV + Collander
TF1 on Digital

Evening All

I am new to the site, and know only very basic satellite terminology, so keep answers simple please

Basically, I have a digital reciever Fortec Star FSCI-5100+.
Just moved house and plan to have a 90cm dish erected for Atlantic Bird 3 (5W) to get French TV for the other half and her tribe when visiting.
I have checked the listing and believe I can only get France 2,3,4,5, LCP, & ARTE on digital as FTA. Of course what we really want is TF1 and MN6, but I believe this is encrypted on digital.

Do I need an anologue receiver to get these two channels?
What are the best options? Cheapest option is best, but don't mind stumping up more cash if it is a viable long term solution.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

M6 is fta on 7E TF1 is not fta anywhere in digital. Analogue would be a temporary solution - although the analogue is likely to cease within the next 3-5 years.

Analoguesat's message to the world
Analogue forever!
