There is a Portuguese Super League game listed on LJ's, Benfica Vs FC Porto, being shown on Sport 1 Cz and Sport 1 Hu, part of Digi TV, 1W, which is currently open.

I may confirm you what they will have for new seasons (and not only):

Champions League (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
UEFA Cup (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
English Premiere League (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
English Coca-Cola Championship (2 Audio: Alb / Eng) (not every game, but 5-6 games at week or more)
Spanish Primera Division (Audio: Alb / Spa sure, not sure for Eng)
Italian Seria A (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
German Bundesliga (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
French Ligue 1 (2 Audio: Alb / Eng or Fra, not sure)
Portuguese Premiere League

FA Cup (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
Carling Cup (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
Coppa d'Italia (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)

Also International Friendly & Qualifiers
England (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
Brasil (2 Audio: Alb / Eng)
France (2 Audio: Alb / Fra)
Italy (2 Audio: Alb / Ita)

DigitAlb doesn't have Champions League 08-09.
That was taken by Vision+ in Albania.
Also, it doesn't show Brazilian League.
