Zone 2 Minidish on 2" pole

Does anyone know if a zone 2 minidish will fit on a 2" diameter scaffold pole?

I have read that it may need to be modified... if this is the case , what are the modifications? Would it be easier to use by another dish more suited to pole mounting (It is for reception of sky digital and I haven't bought the minidish/lnb yet)?

My System: TM6800HD+TD110+StabHH90 motor,TM1000D+Orbital 1m Multifeed 16E,23E,28E.DigitAlB movies. A Bigsat BS-S77CX and a Sky Dodgibox.

Sorry I don't know about a zone 2 dish, but my zone 1 does.

Just wondered though, why you particularly wanted to get a minidish anyway? as any dish big enough will work.

I have a minidish at the moment and plan to relocate it to avoid trees.....it's a bit past it's best so I thought I'd replace it with a new one at the same time. Also a minidish seems cheaper and easy to get hold off but I'm quite happy to get something else if it is better suited.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

The pole mount on the zone 2 dish is only for a one and a quarter inch pole, so you need to use two much bigger U bolts, you may have to do a bit of drilling of the bracket, but it is possible, I did it for motor mounting.

My System: Dreambox 7020, CM 1.2 with invacom quad c120 & channelmaster feedhorn.

Or you could possibly use a flat plate clamp. The brackets on sky dishes tend to be a little flimsy.

My System: 90cm channel master, jaeger 1224 ,vantage x221tsci, skystar 2, diablo v2.3, setanta on 60cm minidish

or just use a 60cm triax dish that will fit straight on to a 2inch pole
