With a 1.8M dish you shouldn't have any problem, except perhaps too much signal from 28.2E.
The 3 satellites you have mentioned are all very powerful and so you can get them with a much smaller dish, 35cm, which means they are easy to find.
Try TV5 11747 V 27500, this has a powerful signal, and there are no vertical channels on 28.2E close enough to cause a problem.
Then move your dish to 28.2E, change the channel to TV 5, and move your dish gently a couple of degrees to the left, as your facing the dish, you might also need to alter the elevation slightly, but if your dish is in good condition a little patient manoeuvring should get it.

Hi
Is it Arabsat 2B at 30.5E or Badr 3/4 26E?

Also remember that there are C band transponders there also, which you won't get unless using a C-band LNB.

hi,

well i use 88cm from the north east on the badr and at this moment am getting about 56 to 57% goes to 60% at night. you should get it easy, even on nilesat where i once had a 1.6 i was getting about 56% on mbc at night time. just stick a conventional lnb on the end and try that any realy with that size dish for the badr from where you are situated

My System: 1.2M & 55cm Gregorian Dish`s, 1.5m Gibertini on a Jaeger 1224 H-H motor. Dreambox 7025 200gb HD, Vbox-II. SS2 Card.

It looks as if you have got a c-band scaler ring attached to your dish.

Any universal C120 lnb should do it. Try invercom or inverto. Lower noise figure the better, some thing like .2db

My System: 75e-75w C & KU, 36v diseqc Anlg to HD Channel Master C120 dishes, stbs, lnbs, motors, too much to list

Try washin it... a sky lnb in front of that would get 26e 11919h 27500 try one just to check your c120.... the skew will be about right too..

try 12739 h 2400 on 26e its usually the strongest and no confusion with 27500/22000 fec's on sky.... should be 70-80% of a sky tp

what strength did you get on sky and what receiver... any cable problems..?

try

_http://www.chaparral.net/support/trouble/feedhorn.html to see the problems you can have.... before replacing the lnb

i have tried out numerous lnbs and the one i find the best of the lot especially for the sensitive badr, well on my 88cm triax that is, is the titanium, the next best for me on my dish is the sharp, but the titanium does it for me with a tec 1500+, keep on trying you will get there in the end.

I know very little about this kind of setup but I have to say the geometry of the whole thing leaves me thinking you are only using about 1/3 of the dish face, most of the signal is passing the waveguide. The focal point seems completely wrong based upon my experiences or it may be an optical illusion. Can you take a pic from the side???
