I am afraid there is insufficient information in your post to understand
a: What you are trying to do
b: What you have already done to be so unsuccessful and hence disatisfied

What does Turns on pis$ mean?

You will have to help us to help you

Hi
As long as the your pole is 100% vertical it's OK.

The dish is supposed to get the droop as it turns away from the top of the arc.

Is the dish hitting the wall?

In which case, you need a larger standoff on your bracket(s).
