It all depends how it was wired up originally on the motor.
There should be 4 wires, two are usually thicker, these are usually the motor wires and go in M1 and M2.

The other 2 are usually thinner and go in M Pulse and Ground.
If you get the 2 motor wires messed up it just means you will be sending the dish west when trying to go East and vice versa, so you just go back to your starting point and try again.

When setting up you can connect any suitable wires to the motor, so to know for sure, what connections go where, you need to go to your dish and remove the motor cover and check which wires are connected where, and make a note of them.

If you guess, and get it wrong, you could cause serious damage.

I have mine set to the following:
Thick Green M1
Thick Red M2
Thin White M Pulse
Thin Black GND

As I have already stated there is no set way of fixing up the wires so I advise you to go and take a look tomorrow before fixing it up.
You can of course connect up your LNB and view the satellite you are already on as a fixed dish.
Sorry I can't be of more help but please check before fixing up the wires, it could save you a lot of money.
Good luck.
