I'm thinking about buying a Digi Globe Dish; but, I live in Scotland. The Gain on this device is 33dB, with a diameter of approx 400mm (40cm).

Will I get a decent reception? I was hoping to receive anything on Astra and/or Eutelsat.

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

I would think it should be OK for that satellite, but you may get some dropout in bad weather.
