normaly what i am doing is just do the blind scan (or auto scan) then receiver scan certain range of fequiencies.

Could you plesae give me fw examples about the codes of TV3, Maori, TVNZ6 etc.

Then I can compare the codes with other channels

Thank you for the reply, I found all the frequiencies from the chart given by you. But i am not getting the channel. Do you have any idea ( where to check) why I am not getting.

My other question, is it possible to connect one dish to two seperate satellite receivers. ( two different brand receivers).
I can use splitter to split the signal comming from dish to feed two receivers.
But receivers are feeding the power (0-18V) to lNB. There will be conflict between two power source coming from the receiver.
Much appreciated your comments.

The best way to do it, is to fit a TWIN lnb, i.e one with two outputs.

Alternatively, if your receiver supports it you can use the IF 'loop through'
One of your receivers may have an extra f-connector on it, labelled 'IF Out' or similar, this can be conected to the input of the 2nd receiver.
The 1st receiver has to be switched off however, for the 2nd one to work.

mpj111, you dont have a dect telephone by any chance do you? If so turn it off (and the base unit) and see if you can pick up the channels on that frequency.

DECT are digital cordless phones. They are notorious for causing severe interference to tv channels carried via satellite on frequencies around 12480 MHz here in Europe. In fact in Germany its so bad several of the public service channels had to be moved off 12480MHz on 19E!

Hi MPJ111

Imparja/NiTv via D1 are there, but using Hidden PIDS.
By editing the following PIDS into your configuration or Search you will ba able to see these services.

Imparja : VPID = 1024
APID = 1025
PCR = 1024

NITV : VPID = 1040
APID = 1041
PCR = 1040

Give those a try and you'll be away..

Cheers:
