hi guys can anyone please help i have a sxy dish the signal is good have check it with meter when its on bbc its fine when its on true movies its crap break ups also break up on itv some times some channels are good some are bad but the signal is ok thanks what do you thinks the problem thanks | ||

I would check signal strength again and if you can flex the dish in all directions to see if it improves. The cloud density was very high today with the storm clouds and this can lead to too much attenuation of the signal. Perhaps you would be safer to fit a zone 2 dish if you are using a zone one.

My System: 43cm Dish, Sky Plus v2, Thomson DSI4214, FRACARRO PENTA 85cm, Invacom Twin, Moteck SG2100a H-H DiSEqC Motor, TF5000CI, TM-5200D, Sling Media, Rover Discovery ST-4, Rover SDM-1s, 57E to 58W, Tecatel 1.35m fixed on 28e, Pace D5430-N | Haven't checked the freq but is it within the DECT interference freq. I'm sureI seen this with true Movies B4. It could also be as Topper has suggested of course

Have you a DECT portable phone close to the receiver ?
