My System: Twin monoblock and twin LNB on 80cm transparant dish rigged for twin reception + TopField TF 7700 HDPVR + TwinHan VisionDTV | You can, and it's been discussed already a couple of times. Basically you need to connect your monoblock to both the A and B input of your disecq switch. If you need more info, I guess a quick search could already clear up the fog some more

My System: Humax 8100 2CI Receiver with Astra/Hotbird Monoblok and Atlantic Bird and Hispasat dishes |
I have a Lemon 0.2dB Monoblok on Hotbird and Astra 1 and, based on the above advice, bought a WizTech 4-way DiSEQc switch. I bought an F socket T-piece and connected the centre leg to the LNB1 input and a short cable to then link one of the side connections to the LNB 2 input. The Receiver input was connected to the other side connection of the T-connector. In other words, this was in effect a Y-connector. Some of the Hotbird channel now don't work, some of them do. Some of the Astra 1 channels don't work, some of them do. I can select all Atlantic Bird and Hispasat channels. Any ideas folks ? Peter

If a T-piece were to work (I don't know if it does), then:- You connect T-piece centre Leg to the monoblock. T-piece side leg to Diseqc switch input 1. T-piece other side leg to Diseqc switch input 2. The receiver goes to the OUTPUT of the Diseqc switch. Any extra LNBS you want go to inputs 3 and 4 on the Diseqc switch. Robbo
