My System: Dreambox 800 Nabilo Blackhole v0.3/250 Gig/ Dreambox 500s-(clone) PLi Jade/ Relook 400s 160 Gig-/AbCom Enigma Foretec 90cm Dish with Nikkai Diseqc Motor- 2 sky+ receivers fixed 28.2 east. | How do you know your on 19.2. If your sat meter is one of the in line ones it will beep on any sat signal and there are a few in close proximity to 19.2e. If you are sure your on the right satellite try manually setting the box to a strong Free to Air transponder. Sky News is on Frq 11598 Vertical, Symbol Rate 22000, FEC 5/6. Should come through loud n clear.

China? Taiwan? or CE? There's a great difference among them. The Chinese sat finder or signal finder is to throw away. You’re trying to set up your dish on 13.0 or whatsoever degree but it shows the opposite direction. The other ones have better quality in both built and performance. Check your finder too! Arbi.
