What is your setup. Motorised or Static. Help the Guys to help you by filling in the relevant info re your receiver, dish size etc in your user profile.

How do you know your on 19.2. If your sat meter is one of the in line ones it will beep on any sat signal and there are a few in close proximity to 19.2e.

If you are sure your on the right satellite try manually setting the box to a strong Free to Air transponder. Sky News is on Frq 11598 Vertical, Symbol Rate 22000, FEC 5/6. Should come through loud n clear.

Where’s is your sat finder from?
China? Taiwan? or CE?
There's a great difference among them. The Chinese sat finder or signal finder is to throw away. You’re trying to set up your dish on 13.0 or whatsoever degree but it shows the opposite direction.
The other ones have better quality in both built and performance.
Check your finder too!
Arbi.
