My System: Technomate 5200D USB Pointed at the Astra 28 Satellite
Metronic Touchbox Fault

I've been viewing FTA channels without a problem for the past 12
months on a Metronic Touchbox together with a Metronic Satellite
Dish. However last week the signal went down and I was unable to
watch the Astra 2A channels which I had been watching eg (BBC ITV
etc). I adjusted the dish since in a variety of directions with no
success.

Is there any fuses which may have blown to cause this fault?

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Did the signal disappear altogether, or just drop?
If you know somebody else with a receiver, then check your set up with it, or take yours to someone else's working dish. If your receiver is proved to be OK, then look below.

Things to check for:

Cable damage
Bad connections
Dish movement
LNB skew
Line of sight obstructions

The user screen is still on the TV but all channels come up as no signal as you scroll through them. When pressing the "info" button the quality and level bars are at 0%

Thanks for the tips I'll try them out

I tried the receiver box with an installed sky dish (It should be aiming at the same satellite shouldn't it) and I could get no signal.
The reciever box must be done for.....

Unfortunately that looks to be the case, you could try doing a factory reset (usually available in the settings menu and see what happens, also chack to see if it is sending out a voltage from the LNB connection.
