coolsat 7000 + Dtv tri LNB 4 outputs

i was wondering if anyone here knew how to set up the coolsat with sat.dish with 3 lnb's and a built in disqu switch with 4 outputs.
model number of the amp is :

california amplifiers

m/n : 150946
Tripple feed Multi-satellite LNB built in multi-switch w/ 4 outputs. Phase 3 18X20 dish Antenna

i tried and only can get signal from the left (if looking at the sat dish) LNB.
maybe a set up issue?

You will need to go into the LNB menu and set it to diseq 1.1 and then choose an option of A, B or C for each satellite in the satellites menu.

Unfortunately very few if any of our members use the Coolsat receivers, as they are not common this side of the pond.

If you are not sure, take some screen photos of the setup menus and we may be able to tell where you are going wrong.
