Automatic Sat Scanning, with diseqec motors compatible stbs?

Hello!
one special question!
awound 3 years ago,i was using one of the first xtreme sat receivers not the hornet, first modell,in kombination with staab hh motor,in the meantime i sold this receiver, and the staab is fault!
but on this comination,it was posible,to select all satelites, from 75 east to 45 west, and then you can go to bed,and the motor moves autmaticly to all satelites and scan them!
on the next day,you have all in your receiver list!

now i want to know, what diseqec usals stb, currencly would also suport this feature, the old stab hh 100 was no usals motor, when blindscan would be avalible, then, you would have nearly all transponders automaticly updated,i with vbox i could do the same, with my jager motor and the mesh antenna!

other technical questions,is it posible,to use one diseqec motor,over a swich,with 2 cables,and two stbs variantly?
or does every receiver, store his own go to x satellite in his "memory"?

The Fortec Passion HD will search for new channels when left in standby overnight. I believe it works with USALS motors, although I don't have one, so I am restricted to searching one satellite at a time. No blind search though, just updates using the existing database.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

The Technomate series can use automatic scan of registered satellites as well, although I have never actually carried this out as I don't use one. I believe the Dreambox is supposed to do it, but have found that it doesn't work well with USALS/GoToX at the best of times, so unlikely it would work.

Not sure about your DiseqC motor question, but I would imagine that the motor would become confused, you would need to send it to reference/reset every time you switched receivers.

It should be alright with USALS /Goto X, as the receiver calculates where to send the dish to, and just sends a Goto X command to the motor.

I just did an experiment with a Motecksg2100a that I have on the bench right now:-

Sent motor to 16 E, turned off reciver, unplugged the coax to the motor,
turned receiver back on, sent motor to 15W, turned off receiver, plugged coax back in, turned on receiver and sent motor to 15W, it went there OK.

what one day to complete the search, sounds amazing
never have technomate,so i dont know this important fact!

on extreme stb it only takes around 30-45 minutes!

the kvr 1000 search is much slower!

fastest search in blindscan is smart mx 04 only 3 minutes for the complete satelite!
staab hh 100 was non usals motor!

Auto navigation and blind search on the TM for 20 or so satellite positions will take the time stated above.
