My System: WinXP/Firefox 85cm Transparent dish and 3 dual LNB's 13,19,28 One diseqc to Sky Star 2, and a diseqc to TM1500. Plus a loop from the TM1500 to a Pace MSS100 analog sat receiver. |
This is my setup - 'My setup is complicated for me, 85cm dish with 3 dual output lnb's. The 3 outers go to a diseqc and the 3 inners to another diseqc. One cable goes thru the wall to SkyStar2, the PC and DVB Dream (with Prog DVB as an alternative if needed). The other cable goes round the house to the backroom downstairs, to a TM 1500 and the TV'. Both are kept switched off until one or other is needed. When I get my new hoped for TV in the front room I shall need a new satellite cable run to give me Freesat in there. If I remove the 28E Dual output lnb and replace it with a Quad output lnb, two outputs will go to the above diseqc boxes as before and a third output to the new TV with a new cable run. Should that work for me? Plus, looking to the future, is there a gadget that I can fit into the loft, the input to the gadget would be a single cable from each lnb and the output from the gadget would be the re routed aerial cables to the three rooms. Would that work, and would the gadget take the terrestrial aerial also for re routing to the two downstairs rooms? | ||
