Issue with Fortec Star Beta

Hi,

I have two minidishes with a disecq switch. One dish is pointing at 28.2e the other at 19.2e.

I had this hooked up to my fortec star ultra all working ok, however just bought a second hand fortec star beta and i am having issues with exact same feed.

I cannot some of the channels on 19.2e.

e.g 12226 H 27500 i get no quality of signal with the beta. with the ultra i get 60-75 % quality.any ideas ?

Have you got the second box looped through the first?

The last noble sat warrior to fly the olden flag of Analogue

Ive had odd problems like that in the past with a Fortec - it wouldnt scan above 11700khz.

Never really got to the bottom of it except for finding the receiver didnt like that particular lnb.

I think you could be right there, I think scanning doesnt find any channels over a certain frequency, might try changing the LNB thanks.
