D-Smart in North Germany

I am trying to get my D-Smart running in Germany (near Bremen).

I am at least "near" Turksat and seem to have fine tuning woes.

When I go to Signal Setup and select TP1 I get Signel level 149 and quality is 1 bar shy of 100. TP2 gives level 135 and quality same. TP3 shows a green lock but 0 for level and quality. TP4 red lock. TP5 Level 107 and quality 1 bar shy of 100.

I can watch MovieSmart and Movies 2 but when I switch to Comedy Smart I get the "Signal interrupted" message. Going on up the channel list the 3 sinema channels give me the not subscribed message (because I am not...) and then FX has a solid picture again. As I go on up through the channels I get a similar off and on success.

Does this sound like it can be a polarity/skew issue or dying LNB?
