My System: currently full sky package with sky plus. have an 80cm dish also. windows xp with telewest broadband
Hellas sat question?

Hi,
I'm based in outh east Essex. Can anyone tell me the rough inclination angle for hellas sat, as I just cannot seem to locate it?

thanks for that. I'll give it a try tomorrow when I get home from work.
Has anyone else had problems trying to locate this satellite? I managed to get Hotbird and astra, but the receiver/dish couldn't seem to locate Hellas sat.

My System: Pace Sky HD, DM7000s, CubeRevo 3000HDPVR, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Televes H45 Digital Spectrum analyser.

Are you skewing the LNB for the satellite, looking from behind the LNB towards the dish, it should be between 20 and 25 minutes past the hour. If you have a Fortecstar LNB, then read the thread at the top of this section.
