My System: Covering 30W-105.5E range, two motors, C and Ku band. Various receivers/cards/cams/etc.

To be noted.

1. Such combo is always tradeoff in signal strength in both bands.
2. Such combo works only for V/H polarisations. If you want R/L in C band, than Ku band won't work.
3. Go buy Chapparal CoRotor II. Will give you what you want, with better quality.

I have made such kind of equipment, but haven't finished it yet - just don't have enough free time and enough motivation.

There are a lot of things to be considered, requires good knowledge of mechanics, electronics and so on, access to milling/lathe/router machines. In most times, better work hard to earn money and buy specific factory made product
